CCE keeps its Staff to Teaching Artist RATIO surprisingly SMALL:

This is our core team, but we have a network of specialists available in key competence areas when needed, keeping our head count as flexible as possible in order to offer the best quality arts programming with the smallest amount of administrative overhead.
